Naples Fl Beach at The Pier
Naples FL beach at the Naples Fishing Pier! What’s a beach without a pier? The Naples Municipal Beach is a hub of activity year round, for swimming, fishing, sunning, and sight-seeing!
It’s a focal point of the Naples Florida beach front.
This Naples beach is located ‘just a stone’s throw’ from Downtown Naples and the 5th Avenue and Third Street South shopping area.
If you’re in the shopping district, it’s just a short distance to walk, to enjoy more of the sights of sounds of Naples by the waterfront!
There's Always Action on the Beach by the Pier!
Whether in the early morn' at sunrise, the middle of the afternoon or as the sun sinks into the horizon over the Gulf of Mexico, there's always something 'cool' happening 'at The Pier'! You'll see fishermen, tourists, locals, sun-bathers, folks with metal detectors searching for treasures in the sand, kids, teens.......everyone 'lovin' the beach!'
The Naples Pier
The Naples FL beach at the Pier, is particularly busy because it attracts folks who enjoy fishing! There’s no charge to fish from the Pier in Naples because the City of Naples covers the cost of the annual fishing license required.
There’s also a great view from the Pier, as it extends into the Gulf of Mexico. The view is spectacular. In the evening, at sundown,
many people gather on the Pier and at this beach, to watch and celebrate the setting of the sun. It’s a ritual in Naples! The sunset is a glorious sight to behold and certainly worthy of a few photographs! It’s a perfect place for a romantic stroll too!
Watch the fishing action, dolphins, sting-rays, turtles, pelicans scrounge for bait scraps, the breath-taking sunsets and of course the people! Bring your cooler, beach toys, sunscreen, a comfy chair…. sit back, relax and immerse yourself in some real beach life, on this awesome beach in Naples!
Restaurants Near the Naples Beach
There’s a concession stand for light snacks and drinks at the Naples Fishing Pier, but it’s only open seasonally, and doesn’t have early or late hours of operation.
